Reno Carollo has spent 22 years creating stone and metal sculpture ranging in size from six inches to monumental.

He has studied stone carving in Pietrasanta Italy and learned the art of bronzing in a Denver foundry.
He is currently working on new bodies of work in sculpture and jewelry. Carollo calls  Elegant Lady an abstract figurative piece. Committing to the human figure, Reno's goal is to create new within the space the figure occupies while leaving the essence of the human in a familiar form.

His work is shown from the west coast of California through the Midwest to South Carolina.

"When I can breathe a vision into materials and it takes on a life of it's own," Carollo says, " this is what being an artist is all about for me".
